Sponsor the beer festival!

Congleton Round Table and Ladies Circle are busy with plans for this year's Congleton Beer Festival, which has now become an established event in the town's social calendar. Building on the success of the previous five years, the festival is designed to provide an enjoyable social and community event whilst at the same time raising valuable funds for local charities.
As this event could not take place without the help from local businesses, our volunteer committee has selected your company to approach as a potential sponsor as we feel that the festival would be an ideal forum to promote your business, whilst at the same time supporting charities within our local community.
We appreciate that you may receive many requests for worthwhile causes and that it is not always possible to support them all, however in return for a level of support, we are able to offer advertising opportunities within our programme which will be given to everyone attending the festival.
Sponsorship packages are:

• £150 - full page advert, barrel sponsorship with the additional option to place a banner on the perimeter fencing
• £75 - a half page advert and barrel sponsorship
• £50 - barrel sponsorship

In addition to the above benefits, all sponsors will receive acknowledgement on our website - www.congletonroundtable.org.uk/beerfestival
The festival is being held on Saturday 19th June 2010 in Marquees erected on Hankinson's Field, adjacent to Congleton Leisure Centre. There will be two public sessions:

• Afternoon 12-4pm. Admission free. Families welcome.
• Evening 6-11pm. Admission price (tba) includes a commemorative glass and live band. Strictly over 18s.
